Claims and findings:
- Scratching on the walls – we found this to be mice in the walls. We are most certain since we heard the noise several times over the course of the investigation.
- Voices heard
- Object movement
- Footsteps- we did notice that during the investigation, that movements in one side of the home were heard on the other side. We suspect that there are beams and supports that are flexing and creaking with movements and since they are all connected, they are heard elsewhere. We feel that this is a partial explanation; however, we could not replicate it on command. So the footsteps are not fully explained. This is an old home that has soaked up a lot of energy and often times that energy “replays” itself in the form of residual sounds; most commonly, footsteps.
- Feeling watched and creeped out on the stairs – we found this to be caused by a very high level of EMF that is being emitted into the air right at the top of the stairwell and it is flowing down the stairs as well. While investigating, Jennifer purposely stood in the midst of the EMF to see the effects. She felt light headed, dizzy and a heavy chest with labored breathing. All effects of exposure to high levels of EMF. Issue can be solved by properly shielding the wires to prevent the leakage of EMF.

Jennifer asked who we were speaking to, what their name is. The name Leslie came out really clear.
EVP:
During a quiet moment where we were just talking; you will hear a male voice says “Jim” in a drawn out whisper.
Conclusions:
Based on the information we received, there was a male and a female that communicated with us. A woman who calls herself Leslie, and a man that said the name Jim. We did also hear the name Paul several times over the evening as well. We can not determine, from this evidence who these people are, but this is worth researching further.
A lot of the fearful feelings were explained by the high EMF readings that we found. Along with the scratching noises which is most definitely mice in the walls.
We also feel that a home of this age will indeed hold a good amount of past energy from the life events that have occurred within it. These produce random voices and footsteps and thumps. These are not things that are interacting with you directly, they are just happening on their own, as a ‘playback’ of sorts. These events are ones that will occur whether you are present or not, or whether the home in inhabited or empty.
The overall activity that we experienced does not in any way feel negative in any sense, and we feel confident to say that none of this should invoke any fear with anyone.
